We pack and ship orders every weekday to ensure fast and safe delivery. Orders within Norway are sent with Posten/PostNord, while international orders are sent with DHL or UPS depending on the destination.

All prices include VAT. For orders within the EU and the Nordic countries, we also cover any customs and import costs, so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
You always have a 90-day return policy if the piece of jewelry doesn't quite meet your expectations. If you wish to change size or model, we offer free returns for exchanges within 90 days.
For regular returns, a return fee of NOK 89 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The jewelry must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
