Welcome to VIRELLE. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms of purchase. We recommend that you read the terms before making a purchase.

These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.


2. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT unless otherwise stated.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Klarna

  • Vipps

  • Debit/credit card

Payment is processed through secure payment solutions.


3. Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Norway: 2–5 business days

  • International: up to 12 business days

For pre-orders, separate delivery times apply. If a product is marked as a pre-order, the item is normally shipped within 2–3 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates and may in some cases be affected by circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

For exchanges, we offer free return shipping.

For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for the return cost.

If an item is first exchanged and then returned, a return fee may apply for both shipments.


5. Open Purchase and Returns

At VIRELLE, we offer a 90-day open purchase period from the day you receive your order.

For a return to be approved, the item must:

  • be unused

  • be returned in original packaging

  • be in the same condition as when received

Returns showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be rejected.

6. Exchange and Resizing

We offer 1 free resizing within 30 days and exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Free resizing applies once per order.


7. Warranty

All jewelry from VIRELLE comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, material defects, and craftsmanship flaws.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • scratches or impact damage

  • discoloration due to chemicals or improper use

  • lost jewelry or stones

Gold-plated jewelry comes with a 5-year warranty on the plating.

If the plating deteriorates within the warranty period under normal use, we offer free re-plating.


8. Product Information

We do our best to reproduce products, colors, and details as accurately as possible.

Small variations in color, size, and finish may occur due to screen settings, photography, or craftsmanship.


9. Customs and Duties

For international orders, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the regulations of the recipient country.

For orders within the EU and Nordic countries, VIRELLE covers any customs and import costs.

For other countries, local fees and customs costs may apply, and such costs are covered by the customer.


10. Privacy Policy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used only to process orders and provide customer service.

We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment, delivery, and operation of the online store.
