Ordering and delivery

What is your delivery time?

Estimated delivery time is:

  • Norway: 2–5 business days

  • International: up to 12 business days

For pre-orders, separate delivery times apply. Products marked as pre-order are normally shipped within 2–3 weeks.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, VIRELLE ships both domestically and internationally.


Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?

For orders within the EU and the Nordic countries, VIRELLE covers any customs and import costs.

For other countries, local customs duties and import costs may apply depending on the recipient country's regulations.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Returns and exchanges

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer a 90-day open purchase policy.

For the return to be approved, the jewelry must be unused and returned in its original packaging.


Do you offer resizing or exchanges?

Yes. We offer 1 free resizing within 30 days and free exchange within 90 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.


Who pays for return shipping?

For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for the return cost.

For exchanges, VIRELLE covers the return shipping back to you.


Products and materials

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is made from materials such as 925 sterling silver, genuine gold plating, and carefully selected stones.

Several of our designs also feature moissanite and freshwater pearls.


What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a stone known for its strong brilliance and beautiful luster. It reflects light in a way that gives an exclusive and luxurious expression.


Does the gold plating lose its color over time?

All gold-plated jewelry will naturally experience some wear and tear over time depending on use.

At VIRELLE, we offer a 5-year warranty on gold plating, as well as complimentary re-plating if the coating deteriorates within the warranty period under normal use.


Can I wear the jewelry every day?

Yes. Our jewelry is designed to be worn for both everyday and special occasions.

However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with strong chemicals, perfume, and water to preserve its luster for as long as possible.


Warranty and quality

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All jewelry from VIRELLE comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, material defects, and craftsmanship defects.


What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Craftsmanship defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or impact damage

  • Improper use

  • Lost jewelry or stones


Packaging and gift

How is the jewelry delivered?

All jewelry is delivered in our exclusive signature packaging with a luxurious jewelry box, velvet pouch, jewelry pouch, and polishing cloth.


Is the jewelry suitable as a gift?

Absolutely. We have placed great emphasis on ensuring that the entire experience – from packaging to jewelry – feels elegant, complete, and ready for gifting.
