All gold-plated jewelry from VIRELLE comes with a 5-year warranty on the gold plating under normal use.

Should the plating weaken within the warranty period, we offer complimentary re-plating.

Sterling Silver

925 sterling silver can naturally oxidize over time when exposed to air, humidity, and the skin's natural oils.

This is completely normal and does not mean the quality is poor.
