At VIRELLE, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. We know that jewelry is personal, and sometimes you need a little extra time to be absolutely sure.

That's why we offer both a 90-day return policy and an easy exchange process.

90-day return policy

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to return the item if you wish.

For the return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The jewelry must be unused

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The jewelry must be in the same condition as when received

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be rejected.

Exchanging size or product

We offer 1 free resizing within 30 days and exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order.

This applies to products that:

  • are unused

  • are returned in original packaging

  • are not custom-made

Free resizing applies once per order.

For exchanges only, VIRELLE covers the return shipping cost back to you.

Return costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return cost.

If an item is first exchanged and then returned, return fees may apply for both shipments.

Pre-orders

Some products may be available for pre-order.

For these products, special delivery times apply, and the item is usually shipped within 2–3 weeks.

How to initiate a return or exchange

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Which product the return concerns

  • Whether you want a return, resizing, or exchange

We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
